kam heong chicken




Ingredients:

500 gm chicken (fried with a little flour)
60 gm flour
4 sprigs chilli (crushed)
2 red chillies (sliced​​)
2 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons chili chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
5 curry leaves
Salt and sugar to taste

Method:

Chicken stir together the flour and then fry until cooked. Set aside.

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant.

Then, add curry powder chili sauce, ketchup, curry leaves, soy sauce and oyster sauce .. Stir well and leave to thicken.

Add chicken with chilli and red chillies. Mix the chicken evenly.

Add salt, sugar and lift.

Serve with white rice.

The materials :-)
1/2 chicken, cut follow love, wash and drain
3-4 medium size potato, peeled, 4 every 1 side and soak
3 stalks lemon grass, crushed
2 turmeric leaves, shredded
800 ml coconut milk
400 ml of coconut milk
1 chicken cube (optional)
Water if necessary
1 piece tamarind Gelugor
Salt and sugar to taste

MATERIALS finely ground :-)
7 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
1 inch turmeric
1 red chilli grasp village

chicken curry field


Ingredient:
  • 1 chicken cut into 10 pieces
  • 8 – 10 Kaffir leaves
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coriander **
  • 1 stalk lemongrass**
  • 16 shallot**
  • 6 garlic**
  • 1/2″ ginger**
  • 1/2″ galangal**
  • 1/2″ turmeric**
  • 2 red chili**
  • 2 tbsp blended dried chili (chili boh)**
  • salt, sugar, lemon juice to taste
Method:
  1. In a blender combine all ingredients marked ** till become smooth paste.
  2. Heat up oil in a wok and sauté the paste together with Kaffir leaves until fragrant and cooked.
  3. Add water and cook till the liquid reduced significantly and then add coconut milk, chicken, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir occasionally until the chicken cooked. If the gravy is too thick, add a little bit of water. Enjoy!
