kam heong chicken




Ingredients:

500 gm chicken (fried with a little flour)
60 gm flour
4 sprigs chilli (crushed)
2 red chillies (sliced​​)
2 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons chili chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
5 curry leaves
Salt and sugar to taste

Method:

Chicken stir together the flour and then fry until cooked. Set aside.

Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant.

Then, add curry powder chili sauce, ketchup, curry leaves, soy sauce and oyster sauce .. Stir well and leave to thicken.

Add chicken with chilli and red chillies. Mix the chicken evenly.

Add salt, sugar and lift.

Serve with white rice.
